Which plan should I pick?
Start on Free, which gives you every generator with 5 downloads a week. If you print a lot or sell what you make, Pro removes the limit and adds a commercial license. Founder is the same as Pro but paid once for life, which is best if you know you'll keep using the studio.
What's included in Free?
Every generator, STL and 3MF export, and 5 downloads in any rolling 7 days. Free downloads are for personal, non-commercial use.
Can I sell what I make?
Selling prints needs Pro or Founder, which include a commercial license to sell the prints you make.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Your files are always yours. They're made on your own device, and we never store them.
Is Founder really lifetime?
Yes. Founder is a single payment for lifetime Pro, with no subscription. There are only 50 seats in total. When they’re gone, Founder closes for good.
Do I need an account to download?
No. Guests get 3 downloads a week to try things out. A free account raises that to 5 a week, and Pro or Founder removes the limit.
Receipts, taxes and refunds?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe, which emails your receipt. You can see invoices, update your card or cancel any time from Manage billing on your account page. For refunds, contact Diggz3D.
